Keeping counsel on retainer can be expensive - but it doesn’t have to be.  LC On Call provides ongoing counsel when it’s needed most.  If you have an unexpected vacancy in your program’s leadership position, a new hire wanting ongoing training and assistance, or simply need a seasoned professional to spend an hour or two a month working with you to review materials, strategies and program implementation, LC On Call can provide affordable counsel on an ongoing basis.

An initial on-site visit takes place with counsel to review the program, meet the team, and discuss current strategies and situations.  From that point forward, LC On Call is available via email and regularly scheduled phone conversations to provide input, answer questions and review materials.  The client determines the level of service and can subscribe to LC On Call on a quarterly basis until the service is no longer necessary.
